Process of Wood Enamel
All trims, cabinets, doors, moldings, and closets will be fill with wood putty and caulking. Also they will be prime, bonded, then sanded, there after re-caulked in order to receive the first coat of enamel. After putting the first coat of paint, We will give it another coat, re-bonded, and re-caulk the area.
Upon the request of the customer or builder, the cabinets interiors have the option of regular paint or clear finish.
Stain Finishes
Before we apply the pre-satin conditioner on wood, we remove all pencil mark and stains. Once wood is stained, we place two coats of sealer and two coats of final finish.
We always like to start staining the main cabinets. There after work our way through windows, doors, and ceiling matching all different types of wood.
Latex Paint
Interior ceilings, walls and Sheetrock areas will receive a coat of primer and two coats of latex paint. Our paint brand is Sherwin Williams, line (Super Paint) After finishing, all paintwork, we will give a final touch up on the walls, cabinets, doors, etc. (Before they move in).
Exterior Process
Latex Paint Exteriors, are caulked and fill with wood putty. We apply one primer coat and give two coats of paint.
Exterior Stain Finishes
Stain marks will be cleaned, others will be bleached to obtain a perfect staining. Some wood areas will receive more than one coat of stain to reach perfection. After the staining process is reached there after we use puffy of the same color stain to fill nail holes. Final process will be to place one coat of sealer and two coats on final finish. “This is one of many methods we use on Exterior Finishes”.
Pressure Washing
